Ingredients
100g butter
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic
Chilli flakes
6 corn on the cob de-husked
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Combine the butter with honey, ketchup, garlic and chilli flakes, adding a pinch of salt and black pepper and wrap each corn cob in kitchen foil. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Barbecue, turning, for 30-35 mins until tender and a little charred.
