1 baguette / Panini / roll of your choice
3 tbsp. cranberry sauce
 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
150g Brie sliced
100g Black Seedless Grapes


Preheat grill to a medium heat.

Slice open the baguette and spread with mayonnaise on each side.

Place the sliced Brie on one side of the baguette, place on a baking tray and under the grill for 2 minutes until it has just started to melt.

Layer the other side with the cranberry sauce and place the halved grapes on top.

Close the baguette together and you are ready to serve.
