150ml double cream
400g plain chocolate, finely chopped
Fresh fruit, marshmallows and sweet breads for dipping.
Gently heat the cream and milk in a saucepan, remove just before boiling and add the broken chocolate. Mix well for several minutes until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Light the fondue base as per instructions. Pour the chocolate mixture into the fondue pot and set over the heat.
Stir the chocolate mixture regularly to ensure the mixture stays smooth.
Chop fresh fruit, marshmallows and sweet breads and skewer onto the provided forks.
