INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp softened butter

4 slices sourdough bread

Grated cheddar

 

METHOD

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. With butter side down, cover the bread with cheddar. 

Heat a non stick pan over medium heat with 1tbsp butter. once butter has melted add two slices of bread, butter side down top the pan and cook until bread is golden and cheese is starting to melt! 2 minutes should do the trick!

Build the sandwich as one and let the sandwich cook for another 40 seconds or so.

Repeat for the second sandwich, wiping the pan clean if necessary.
