50g dried noodles
1 red chilli
1 spring onion
1 large brocolli floret broken into smaller pieces and cooked
3 pak choi leaves
Half a can of sweetcorn, drained
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. miso paste
Ready cooked king prawns
1 lime wedge
In a medium jar add the fish sauce, soy sauce and broccoli.
Pre soak the noodles until they are soft, drain and add to the jar.
Layer with the spring onion, pak choi, sweetcorn and red chilli, then top with the miso paste and prawns.
When you are ready to eat, remove the lime wedge and cover with boiling water, stir for a minute before eating.
Squeeze the lime over the top.
