Summer Sangria

¡Salud! Raise a glass to the summer.


1 bottle red wine
25ml brandy
6 large oranges
2 lemons
3 peaches
1 stick cinnamon
50g sugar
Fresh mint

Serves: 4


Slice one of the oranges into rounds, a second into wedges and juice the remaining four.

Slice one of the lemons into rounds and juice the other.

Remove the stone from the peaches and chop into small wedges.

In a large jug, combine the cinnamon, sugar, sliced and chopped fruit, and the brandy. Stir well and leave to soak for 10 minutes.

Add the juices and wine to the jug and stir well. Add ice cubes and serve!
