Passion fruit puree
Fresh passionfruit to garnish
Start by placing two martini glasses into the freezer to chil.
Now half fill your cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
Add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, sugar syrup and shake hard for 40 seconds.
Collect your chilled Martini glasses and strain the cocktail into the chilled glasses.
To finish garnish with a thin slice of passion fruit and serve with shots of Prosecco on the side.
