Your Guarantee

The guarantee covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.

 

If an individual item within a set is faulty, we will replace the specific item, not the entire set.

 

The guarantee applies from the date of purchase of the original owner and applies to the original purchaser only.

 

The following are excluded from the guarantee:

 

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.

• Scratches, stains, discolouration, corrosion or damage to the interior or exterior of the product from overheating, dishwasher use, or other misuse.

• Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this guarantee.

 

The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

 

To make a claim, please complete the below form. It is essential you have retained your proof of purchase such as receipt or order number.

For products sold by retailers in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to major failure. To claim, you must return the product and proof of purchase to the place of sale. We will then repair, replace or refund the defective product for free.
