This gives you at least TWO YEARS of hassle-free returns. Even if there's a shorter guarantee on the product packaging - as long as you purchased it directly from us, you're covered.

And we did say 'at least'. For many products, the guarantee period is even longer.

Check the individual product pages for more information. Guarantees apply on a product-by-product basis, and are valid from the original date of purchase.

The following conditions apply:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from
  • The product must be returned with proof of purchase including the original order number
  • The product must have been used in accordance with the product instructions and used only for domestic purposes
  • It does not cover wear and tear, damage, misuse or consumable parts
  • CookServeEnjoy has limited liability for incidental or consequential loss or damage
  • Does not cover for change of mind

Hassle-free returns

Every product we sell undergoes the strictest quality control procedure before it reaches you – and we're confident that you'll be delighted when it arrives. However, if you need to return any item(s), please send it back as new, unused and in the original packaging with proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt, and we'll process your refund, it's that simple.

Alternatively if you wish to return via another carrier simply email us at with the following information to start the returns process:

  • Detailed reason for return
  • Item description (including the product code if you have it to hand)
  • Your CookServeEnjoy order number
  • You name and a contact telephone number

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify you of the status of your refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the product is non-faulty/damaged.
