Calling all cheese lovers!!! You won't want to miss this delicious cheese fondue recipe. Super fun and easy to make with our Artesà Six Person Party Fondue Set


350g Grated mature cheddar cheese
300ml Dry cider
1 clove of Garlic
2 tsp of Corn flour
2 tsp English mustard
2 tbsp Brandy
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste



Grate the mature Cheddar cheese.

Pour the cider into the fondue pan on a medium heat.

Slice the garlic and add to the cider. Bring the cider up to and simmer and add the cheese.

Mix the corn flour, mustard and a splash of the remaining cider.

Add the flour mixture to the fondue and stir until it thickens.

Add the brandy and Worcestershire sauce. Taste the fondue and season to your taste with a little salt and pepper.

Serve the fondue with cured ham, crusty bread croutons, gherkins and olives.
