Ingredients
200 mL Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
½ lemon
4 Baby chili peppers
Thyme
Oregano
Coriander Seeds (about 10).
Method
Wash the lemon and chop it into small pieces.
Add all the ingredients into a Glass Bottle.
Cover them with the Olive Oil, mix all the ingredients together and let it infuse for 3 weeks.
Filter the infused olive oil and store it.
