Use the brush end to gently clean mushrooms. If dirt persists, add a small amount of water to the bristles and continue brushing. Then use inner loop to gently scoop out the mushroom stem and the outer loop to carefully scrape out the gills. TIP: The stems and gills can be used to maximise the flavour of a stir-fry, soup or sauce which saves them going to waste!
