It has a sturdy nylon core in its handle and flat steel core in its head, all finished with that much-loved, superior silicone coating. We've even added in a super-smart new extra to the design - a raised edge to stop lifted food from tumbling off. Perfect for those delicate eggs. When it comes to lifting, flipping and serving food, there's no better utensil. The graduated lip provides just enough flex to slide under the most delicate of foods. And its slots let excess oil or grease drain easily. It's ideal as a flexible fish spatula, or for flipping burgers, lifting fried eggs and so much more! The silicone food turner is smooth, gentle and won't leave a scratch. It's heat resistant to 260°C (500°F), so it's safe for sizzling frying pans or straight-from-the-oven baking trays.
