This MasterClass bundle has everything you need to bake beautiful sandwich sponge cakes (or fruit cakes). Alongside the loose base, both pans are made from commercial steel combined with a two-layer Quantum II coating, meaning your bakes will be released from the tin smoothly and in perfect shape: consistent results, every time. No sandwich sponge is complete without the filling, and the MasterClass 40cm icing and piping bag will make the job much easier. The bag can also be used to fill pastries with cream or pipe mashed potato onto a homemade cottage pie. Made from 100% cotton, the inner lining helps contents flow smoothly and evenly and can be washed, good for you and good for the environment. The bag is compatible with most nozzles or can be trimmed to suit your needs.
