It'll provide an accurate reading between -40℃/-40℉ and 232℃/450℉. With its ultra-thin, tapered tip, this probe leaves a tiny puncture mark. This prevents flavour and moisture escaping during cooking, and also ensures your food looks more appealing when serving time arrives. When you've finished?
