Ingredients
20g dark chocolate per person
400ml whole milk per person
Marshmallows and cocoa powder to serve
Method
Pour the milk in to a pan and gently bring to a simmer.
Lower the heat, add in the chocolate and stir until it has melted.
Pour the hot chocolate into mugs or glasses and top off with marshmallows and a dusting of cocoa powder.
