1 bottle of gin (750 mL)
100 g sugar
1 orange juice
Peel of 1 orange
2 cinnamon sticks
Sterilize a preserving jar or glass bottle with boiling water.
Add the sugar, orange juice, peel of the orange and cinnamon sticks.
Top up with your preferred Gin and shake it until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Leave to infuse 24 hours in a dark place.
Filter the orange and cinnamon gin using a muslin and transfer it into a bottle, labelling with the date.
