Ingredients

1/3 litre Pimms
1 litre lemonade
2 lemons sliced
1 cucumber, skinned and balled
300g strawberries sliced
Ice balls

Method

The night before, fill 6 spherical ice moulds with water and place in the freezer.

Pour 1/3 litre of Pimms into a pitcher and top off with 1 litre of lemonade.

Slice 2 lemons and 300g of strawberries into rounds and add to the jug along with the ice.

Cut the end off of a cucumber and cut in half. Slice off the skin and use a melon baller to make small cucumber balls.

Add the cucumber balls to the pitcher and stir well.

Pour the Pimms into highball glasses over ice and add some of the fruit. Top with a sprig of fresh mint and serve.
