Ingredients:

8 chicken thighs

2tsp Chinese five-spice

2tbsp honey

1cm piece of ginger grated

3tbsp soy sauce

1 lime (juiced)

1tbsp olive oil

Handful of sesame seeds

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place chicken thighs on a non-stick baking tray.

Mix the Chinese five-spice, honey, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice and olive oil.

Coat the chicken with the mixture but leave a little for basting.

Bake for 30 minutes then remove from oven and baste.

Bake for another 20 minutes, remove from oven and add sesame seeds. 

Bake for another 10 minutes. 

Serve with sticky rice.
