These high capacity kitchen scales feature a tempered glass weighing platform, which is tough enough to hold large quantities of dry cooking and baking ingredients for measuring - up to 15 kg (33 lbs), in fact. You can weigh your ingredients directly on the surface of the digital scales. It's stain and odour resistant, so you can simply wipe it down with a damp cloth when you've finished weighing.
